Getting Here to the British Virgin Islands (BVI)

American  Airlines operates daily Embraer E175 service from Miami  International Airport (MIA) to Terrance B.  Lettsome International Airport (EIS) on Beef Island. Via San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU)

If you’re originating in cities without a direct link to Tortola, San Juan’s Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport offers the widest range of same-day connections:

Through St. Thomas, USVI (STT) + Ferry

St. Thomas is served by nonstop jets from more than a dozen U.S. gateways. Upon arrival, it’s an hour by ferry to Tortola:

Crossings take roughly 60 minutes including customs. Tickets may be bought online or at the dock; allow at least one hour between your flight arrival and the last ferry.

From St.  Martin / Sint Maarten (SXM)

Travellers from Europe or the eastern Caribbean can connect via SXM.

Arrival Formalities & Transfers

Airport–marina shuttles : Beef Island is a scenic 30-minute drive to Road Town and just two minutes from the conference ferry departure point and several hotel ferry terminals; licensed taxis are waiting outside arrivals.
Passports & visas : Most visitors need only a valid passport and proof of onward travel. U.S., UK, EU and CARICOM passport holders – as well as many others – receive a free visa-on-arrival stamp for stays of up to 30 days.
